Our Approach to Strategic Communications

Teall & Associates follows a careful process in developing and executing communications programs on behalf of our clients. We begin by getting to know them thoroughly, their products, their markets, their customers and most of all their business objectives. We understand a communications program is only useful if it helps a client reach his or her goals.

After becoming exceptionally well versed in the business, we build the framework of the program, developing overall communications goals and overarching messages. We help our clients prepare for the program by helping to choose key spokespeople and offering media training where necessary. We review all the various communications channels open to companies in order to choose just the right mix for our individual client. Throughout the process, we’re in close consultation with our clients to ensure they’re comfortable with our approach and are ready to execute the program.

Developing the strategy is only the beginning of our work, however. Mobilizing all of the experience and contacts Teall & Associates have developed over 25 years, we roll up our sleeves and implement the program. We develop the story ideas, we write the press releases and bylined articles and, perhaps most importantly, we aggressively market our clients to key journalists, making sure they’re covered by the media and their stories are told.
